Technical difficulties

I'm having some major technical difficulties here on IJ. I can't seem to access the "Edit friends" function. Every time I try to click on it, I'm taken back to my friends page. In fact, I can't seem to do anything at the moment except access my journal, my friends page, and my user info page. All of the functions that would allow me to actually change my settings seem not to be working. Is it just me?

Edit: Everything works in IE, but not in Firefox. In fact, it works in an IE tab on Firefox. Any idea as to what might be going wrong?

Edit 2: Okay, I think I figured it out. I was using the "Clean" site viewing option, and for some reason that one wasn't working for me in Firefox. As soon as I chose another one, everything was fine. Huh. Thanks for listening to me whine here! :-P

i know this is obvious but try restarting the computer and see what happens

I'm starting to think it's that Greasemonkey script I installed. I disabled it, but it still isn't working. I'll restart my browser at least and see if that helps. Hmmm.

Try this: Go from your user profile to your main page (click on Tweak *right upper corner). All the links on that site work.

I have the same problem on that page. It works in IE, though the pop-up boxes don't come up where I expect them to. Apparently I can't use Firefox to access IJ at the moment.

Working fine for me (on firefox), but I have no greasemonkey...um...thingies running (clearly, I don't have them running because I don't even know what they're called)

Apart from re-starting, maybe you could clean out the cache? That sometimes helps.

And, okay...this is probably the stupidest question ever, but are you actually logged in?

Yeah, I'm logged in. Otherwise I wouldn't get to see any of the options I can't access. ;-)

There's just something weird going wrong. When the drop-down menus come up, I try to click on them and they move. So I'm chasing them all around the screen. When something finally works, it either takes me to a 404 page, or to my friends page. None of this happens in IE.

I feel like IJ is mocking me, heh.

It's a Firefox extension, and definitely a handy one. If you go to the Firefox Extensions page, I'll bet you could find it by searching for it.
